In the PR portal - after P2 submission - i see the status as "In review with IRCC" on the application. when i click on view - it says "Submitted to IRCC" for step1 and "In review with IRCC" for step2.
is the same for you as well @DeepJ027 ?

3 weeks waiting for eCOPR now... losing hope tbh. No movement whatsoever. Not sure what to do if my application goes over the processing time which is looking very likely.
