Montreal Portal 2 Delay - Track Timelines Here!!!

My delay is pretty crazy and I have responded to the email about 4 times now my time line
Portal 1 - August 24th
Portal 2 - Waiting

I have called multiple times, Filled web forms and even reached out to my Member of Parliament and all just keep saying I should wait. It is really frustrating has anyone else had to wait this long? I am the first I am seeing from my friend group and cohorts.

Have you checked the "service standards" for your stream? Foe example the service standard for CEC is 180 days from AOR and for startup visa program is 12 months. If you're within the "service standards" they just have a standard response i.e. wait.

Hmm good point the PR stream I applied is for sure CEC I think I applied through the PNP program then now further applies through express entry at the federal level. I guess I should just wait then. its all a bit confusing.

Try sending your portal one reply to the following emails. It has been working for many people. saw it in another group in this forum

You can just add @cic.gc.ca at the end of the following:

I guess that should not be an issue as people did try and they got their portal within hours or days
