Application submitted: June 19th, PVO - Edmonton, SVO Montreal
Final Decision: Sep 23rd
P1: Sep 27th (from Montreal)
P2: Oct 21st
eCOPR: Nov 7th (Etobicoke)

And whoever is interested if COPR No in tracker is rear eCOPR No, for me and me dependent they're matching

Good to know that the eCOPR document number in tracker matches with the actual one. Btw, did they email you that your eCOPR was available for download or did you just happen to log into the portal and saw that it was available for download?

yes, they emailed me twice, for mine and for my dependent confirmations. And I found it at the very bottom of the personal page, under photo.

No problem, yes it is signed by the officer. There are 2 identical pages in each eCOPR document I get. First page is not signed, but the second is. I don't know why they need to have 2 pages but this is how it is

Updated: 1st page is marked as "IRCC Copy", 2nd is "Client Copy"

Call them! At times they do send it and you might not have received it.
