Montreal - Finger prints sent one month ago but IRCC didn't get it

Hello there,
Does anyone that RCMP sends FP by mail or electronically?

My got my FP request on May 21, and RCMP confirmed via email that my results were completed on May 27 and sent to IRCC on May 30.

I called an CIC agent today and they said they still didn't receive it. My local office is Montreal.
The agent told me that RCMP was supposed to send it electronically, but RCMP told me they sent by Canada Post (I'm confused).

The agent said that I should wait for another two months to call back.

Anyone has the same experience?

If you have received any letter from Montreal office can you please share email id & fax number which written on bottom of letter. Few of my friends do require it Thanks
