Hi Guys,

I received a Letter of Work Experience Reference from my ex employer, for which I am claiming 3 years of experience in a certain NOC.

Here in Argentina it is customary to consider salaries on a Monthly basis and not Annual. The Letter of Reference mentions by first and last monthly salary, but no annual salary.

Should this be an issue for IRCC? Is it mandatory to include annual salary information?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Not an issue so long "monthly" is expressly written. You may include pay slips to back you the claim.

Thank you for the reply! Do you think pay slips would be necessary or only a nice-to-have?

Hey, I’m in a similar situation. My employer did not mention annual salary but mentioned monthly salary inclusive of benefits on the experience letter.
I have latest 3 months salary slips with me and that’s it. Would it be a problem ?
