Month 11 - no transfer to vo anyone else?

Hi guys,

There's around 5 of us that are in the same position.. none of us can figure out why our applications have not been transferred to a local visa office.

Medical, Biometrics, SA have all been done and approved.

Has anyone been through this before? what happened with ppr? timeline etc?

yes to both, just spoke with cic agent who pretty much said 80% are done within 12 months and couldn't answer why mine hasn't been transferred. GCMS notes just show criminality check started 6 months ago

im sorry to be persistent but there should be more in the notes than just that. What is PA's country? If it goes over 12 months and nothing happened and you can get clear answers then I suggest you reach out to your MP

If I were u I would connect mp to find out what is really going on there with your application. Your lawyer is no help in that?

in your notes it should say where it is at... there should be much more information as to the relationship evaluation etc... i would order them again

honestly be as persistent as you want... i need to figure out wtf is going on so any help is greatly appreciated trust me! Ill take pics of the notes and share them shortly. PA is me and I am from the UK

ok. you have 2 options. re-order notes but getting your spouse to reach out to MP might be quicker. it's really up to you. yes please share your notes with us

we reached out to her MP last week, Here are the notes ( let me know if they didn't work )

Also cic have confirmed over the phone that its still in Sydney..
