I live in Haiti.In august 2016, I try to post my demand of CSQ and it's very difficult to pass in the new system. He has 269,000 persons in the line on my monprojetquebec. Can someone say me how I can submit My CSQ demand on the new system? Thank you. You can answer me in French too.

it is totally luck just be prepare and talk with another people to get more chances anyway since today mon projet is under maintenant i think the way to apply is going to change not anymore first come first serve

I got luck and submitted my app on August 16. I asked for help to a lot of friends and family, around 20-25 people helping me (each one in different computers) and I had myself 2 computers with 3 browsers opened in each (different browsers give you different queue numbers).

Only one of my family and friends got the number 50 in the line, the others (including myself) got at least 30.000+ number in the line.

It is a lottery, totally random.

Hopefully they will change it for this year's intake because that system completely sucks.
