Hi all,

I need a some information about the Manitoba immigration, I heard from some consultants that one can apply to Manitoba with minimum 5 band. When I check their website, I've found that one should score minimum 60 marks to be eligible. As per their points list, my score in age, language, study and work is around 55. I don't have any colleague, friends or relatives in Manitoba nor I have any education or experience in Canada.

Would I still be able to qualify for the Manitoba immigration? Can I get regional marks, if I intent to live outside Winnipeg?

How does the Provincial Nomination programs works?

One more question though, "7321 Automotive Service Technicians, B No"

1: In the above mentioned occupation, I worked 5 years ago but in the last 5 years I have been working as a supervisor of Automotive service technician. Will I am still able to qualify or not?

2: How do they evaluate study and Experience or how can be one sure whether his/her education and experience accepted by them? Like in the case of Australia, everyone have to apply skill assessment even he is applying under nomination programs. Is it the same case in Canada Provincial Nomination program or not?

MPNP works on the basis of strong connection to the province. The requirements for MPNP is family or a friend or education or work experience in Manitoba to demonstrate connection to the province and to prove authorities that you'll be staying there permanently. Unfortunately, if you do not have one of these, you may not be eligible.

Education= 3 years diploma and 2 year b.tech degree after matriculation
IELTS= Right now I have clb 6 and I am going to take test month
Woriking Experience= I have 2 years in Noc 7321 and almost 5 years in Noc 7302
NOC= 7301, 7321 Automotive
