U can exchange it from ur own bank in CAD though the rates and comminssions are killing.. Or u can chk with Forex exchanges also UAE Exchange, Money Gram or Thomas cook. Recommended POF u can carry in 80-20 Ratio like 80 % DD/TC etc or 20% Cash...
