There is lot of things involve. I have already given hint in earlier quote "Make system lighter", Few more tips are VPN, Firewall, RAM, SSD etc.
I will not reveal all here.

I'm pretty sure, when you are at countdown, it's lottery.
I had 5 computers, all of them were 100 000+ and the last one got 3100.

You can see the at the end of the URL there's a GUID, that guid is your ticket, and I'm 100% sure they do a lottery for all of those waiting during the countdown because the last of my computer to refresh is the one that got it...
