Mon projet Québec in French!

Hi,
I am trying to apply for CSQ ( Certificat de sélection du Québec ) as 'Permanent Worker' and created account here. I see all instructions in French and it says 5000 applications already received.
My Question :
1. How to get the English version ?
2. Will Québec only take CSQ application in time of intake this year or already applications are taken?

Intake date is not yet announced , you have to translate french to English and fill the form accordingly.

1. Intake means taking applications? So i have to wait for this year CSQ application submission, right? This year 5000 applications yet not taken?
2. The CSQ online application has no english version, i have to translate each line myself, right?

So, after translating, drop down options still remain in french like country is Inde (instead of India)... all other fields are in english except country... So what to do in this case... can we proceed to fill in English ?

I rembember when I filled up the form I did it in english and the system then translated into french, but honestly I´m not sure if was beacuse of the navegator I was using at that time (google chrome).

You can try to do the same and then see if the translation happen, otherwise you should translate everything into french and asnwer in that language
