Hi friends My education is Bacheolr of Engineering(Instrumentation and Control). My NOC code is 2133 - Electrical and Electronics Engineer (Control system Engineer).
Can I claim 12Points for Area of Training since Bachelor Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering is listed in Skill type B?

No documents required at the time of submission of application. MIDI will send list of required documents later and you will get 3 months to submit documents.

Mainly in Education part. should I include SSC, HSC. And also, I have completed BBA from National University, that I can complete but when I am trying to fill up MBA which I am getting confused. It shows Masters (3+2), Masters (4+2), etc. what should I select?

I was looking at time period for india and fees for QSW. I found below two links.

I wonder they have 37 months of processing time. I have checked in this forum people are waiting since 4 years.

So for one small family, as per current fees structure 773+166+166=1105 CAD need to be paid online to make your form submission eligible in first 2800 applicant and still no clue on average how much time it will be processed ?

Can some one highlight even after MON Project will it take 3-4 year ?

2 years as a foreign student in Virginia(VA) (F1 visa)

3 years as a an employee in VA: This included around 15 months in OPT and then H1-B.

In California since Oct 2014 (H1-B)

So my application looks like:

Oct 2014 to present - USA - CA - Travailleur temporaire post-diplôme
May 2011(graduated) - Oct 2014 - USA - VA - Travailleur temporaire post-diplôme
Aug 09 to May 11 - USA - VA - Étudiant étranger

The status is correctly put. The question arises of supporting documentation.

After graduation, international students are allowed a period of OPT on F1 visa itself, until their H1-B comes in effect, which is usually always on 1st Oct.

If the Ministry considers Visa as a proof of document, they might no be able to understand the OPT period, since there is no seperate Visa for it, while I would still fall under the temporary worker post diploma category.

Has anyone been in the same situation? Any ideas/suggestions would be great.

My concern is that my B.E. degree is Instrumentation and Control.
Can i claim 16 points based on my NOC 2133(Electrical and Electronic Engineer).
My job description is Control System Engineer which is part of 2133.

You were on F1 visa ( Masters + OPT) until start of your H1b.
You will have OPT Card + Revised I20 as a proof.

I got the same problem plz if some one could help on this
If can't declare our history correctly then they could reject on this bases.

I found the way out of this history status
In my situation I left to Australia in 2008 and came back 2014
So I have put 3 status from born yyyy mm dt to 2008 09 18
2008 09 19 to 2014 10 23
2014 10 24 to till date
