Does anyone know what time submission of 16th February application start according to Pakistan Standard time ?

It is 8:30 AM Quebec time. Calculate the time difference between Pakistan and Quebec. That will give you an answer.
 
Hi friends,

can anyone tell me when can i create my Mon Projet Account because till date i dont have an account on Mon Projet? Currently the mon projet website is not letting anyone to create an id for application submission. Thanks.

Do not confuse people. It is 8:30 AM Montreal time.

" Un bris technique a empêché la mise en ligne de Mon projet Québec le 16 février 2016, à 8 h 30 (heure de Montréal). Par souci d'équité pour tous les candidats, le Ministère annoncera l'ouverture du système au minimum 24 heures à l'avance."

Translation

" A technical failure prevented the launch of My Quebec project February 16, 2016 at 8 : 30 pm (Montreal time ) . In fairness to all applicants , the Ministry will announce the opening of the system at least 24 hours in advance."

Again, do not confuse people. Check the link I provided. That is their official website. Translator will give you PM instead of AM.

Is it really hard to know that 8:30 means AMmand if itmwas PM they would've wrote 20:30

For your kind information as per Montreal time in Pakistan it was 6:30 PM but unfortunately MON PROJECT server has been crashed not confirm when will it online again so be patience and wait for upcoming, meanwhile share your experience and location from Pakistan.

Hi guys,
I'm from Pakistan too..my tip for every one out here is to prepare yourself for French because Quebec is a French society and they prefer people with French language skills. I'm saying this CZ I have friends in Quebec who says that it is difficult to strive in the Quebec without intermediate French language skills. For the application we can't do anything but too wait and the system crash on the first day of launch is not a good sign and i feel that processing time will not be less for finalizing the applications.
