Hello experts,

I am a bit confused about the latest updates of the QSWP known as "facilitated LMIA." which affecting Bypass LMIA Advertising Requirement.
I created a profile on Mon projet and filled it out.
I currently dont live in Canada and never had worked there.
I calculated my points and got 58 as a single applicant.
How can the latest updates by MIDI have an effect on my opportunity to apply and what other possible ways/programs to apply

Thank u so much for taking the time to answer my inquiry.

I was in Canada on 2 year Intra Company transfer visa and CIC did not ask me for medical exams.

Probably ou transferred with in North America... If you come from any other country though it is intra company transfer, they ask for medicals as far as i know.

Hi APPNOV2016

Took a while to respond on your question if I got the check list from Midi.. no i haven't recieved it yet.

Just wanted to check how much time it took for our Cap-Exempt friends who submitted in online system in June 2017(not during intake). This is just to get the idea...

Thanks

hi,
for the medical status, whose status has changed to passed after the medical exam? I did the exam 12 days ago, but having no update. two inland applicants told me that they only spend 5 to 6 days before the status change....
thanks.

I believe your status will change by this week. It took 13 days for my friend. He did his medical 10-02-2017 and cic updated passed 23-02-2017.
Have they received your medical result?

new update:

received Medical Request this morning..... :P

Polyning,
Congrats! may i know to which VO you have to send the medical report? Because we have sent our application to NS initially, still the visa office for you remains as NS or it changed to ottawa?

Reason for this question is, i got AOR on 6th Feb, and i am expecting my medical request in 1 or 2 weeks, last week i have renewed my passport and i got PCC for my spouse as well. i need to send these documents to update my file, so i am not sure to which address i need to send, to NS VO office or ottawa?

i am inland application, i did my medicals on MAR-2015 to renew by work permit and my spouse did medicals on Jan-2017 to get her visitor record. Is that ok if i can send the medical report along with the above details?

You can check eCAS, you will find whether they received or not.
In my friend case, eCAS was showing "receive medical" after few days but CIC account was not updated.
Later, CIC updated his status "Passed".
