after how many days (receiving AOR) , you saw the changes in Review of Medical result ?

The reason why I want to get a fast speed is that the expired day of my permit (including my wife) is at the end of this year. It will cost much time to review them.....

You are on track to receive AOR in July/Aug 2017 timeframe.

Difficult to predict. If you check spreadsheet in my signature and scroll down to the end , there is a nice histogram. As per histogram most applicants get PPR 270-290 days after AOR.

I got medical request on the 22nd Feb(Timeline Excel updated),I am currently out of the country on vacation.
Can i call CIC and inform them to extend my deadline?it says within 30 days
