No I can't even see it on eCAS right now. I think it might take week or so to get it updated on system.

Linking application, I don't know how many days you have to wait before attempting to link your app to online account.

Is ur application status available on eCAS or did you linked ur app?

I'm waiting BUT I sent my application for the CSQ on 20th of September. I called them last week and they still didn't register my papers ...
I'm going to call them next week to confirm that they receive my docs ...

When i apply to the federal, should i get the police certificate first or not?

I heard that we can apply to the medical card if i have a csq, is that correct?

If you do not have all PCC , then you have 2 options:

a) Get all PCC and then include all PCC with application. PCC arrangement might take 2-4 months and in this case your application will definitely get delayed.

b) Submit federal application without PCC. Include a cover letter that PCC are work in progress. Submit PCC once those are available. Most PCC take 2-4 months and you would be able to submit PCC even before you get AOR. If you submit PCC before CIC request them then your application won't get delayed. If you submit PCC after CIC request them then your application will get delayed by few months ( google for "bring forward date" ).
