Good Luck. Since you have approved LMIA , you should hear back from MIDI very soon.

I read on one of the forums that CIC will instruct you in case if they require PCC if you are in Canada , you need to visit RCMP with letter given by CIC ,provide finger impressions and pay required fees.

its not mandatory, but cic is asking very few people to submit it ..If you want you can submit the PCC upfront. It took 5-8 business days and fees is 60$

Just got an email form MIDI, letter of intended to rejection for MSc Certificate certified by commissioner of oaths. Need to submit it again, certified by document issuer. Need to go uni tomorrow to get it personally.

Feel sorry for you. At least you now know why your CSQ got delayed.

Thanks for the info. I think I will submit my Application for now without PCC and proceed to get it while I am waiting for AOR.

I was thinking that, it could be happened for me any time. But, i was wondering, when they will send it to me. Finally, it came today.

I told the record office before, what i need, but unfortunately, they did not send me, what i told them. They sent me, in their own way. I just talk with the record office and sent an email attaching the rejection letter. They just told me they will contact with immigration about the format and let me know. Which means i need to wait few more days to submit certified true copy. :o

We all are eagerly waiting for that day. It's been a long journey for all of us :)

It sure has... Let us know when you got the mail. We paid like 800 dollars, they should at least use a decent mailing service or a tracking number.
