NO email, you can know it by the tracking number. or , if possible , you can send the documents to their office directly.

Hello any advice ......please :-\

YES, from the Notary Office or original issuer. But the requirement is different if the document such as your bachelor degree is from different countries. You need to double check which kind of document is accepted in that country from the quebec immigration website.

1.They prefer the certified true copy. It means the copied documents with signature and or seal from the original issuer (the signature and or seal are not the copied one.). Then if both of the contents and seal are english or french. you can use it directly. or, you can find a certified translator to translate the contents or seal. The translator needs to have his seal and signature on the translated paper. Then staple them together.
2.If you cant get the copied documents with signature and or seal from the original issuer (the signature and or seal are not the copied one.). You need to go to the Notary Office . In this situation, the translator may not be accepted, so please go to Notary Office.

3. you need double check the requirements for different countries from Quebec immigration website, I have said the reason above.
4.Please remember the total point is that they want to see the real seal or signature (Not copied one). Then thEy need to know what the contents and seal are (ENGLISH OR FRANCH).
5. If you cant give the requested document. you need to have an accepted reason and write a letter to explain why you dont have it.

@POLYNING

For the work permit, you only need to copy it, because they can check it by the number on it. (you cant go to the immigration office to get the seal, then return it to the office.................... ;D)
For your passport, photocopy is enough too.

No need to send bank statements. MIDI just want a written assurance that you will have initial money to settle down in Quebec.

This is going to be tricky. I would advise you to call MIDI and explain your situation. They might be able to help you with some workaround.

One of my friends is also from UK, and his monter-country is different . He got the bachelor degree from UK. The universities in UK can give you a certified true copy. The copied degree + signature and or seal (the signature and o seal are not copied one ), Your friends in UK can help you to get that.
