I received a message on my Mon Projet Quebec account today indicating that I have 30 days to either update my file or declare that I have no updates for the checklist to be issued. Has anyone received a similar message? I'm a March 2017 inland applicant.

Yes I do. It is a normal warning. I spoke with a lawyer and he told me it indicates they will process the application and also they give you a last chance to update something that might have changed. Mind you, if no change whatsoever you still have to confirm it.

Just a general question: If I have a Master's degree, do I have to include my secondary education diploma (high school diploma or certificate) in the online application form? I have just indicated my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, but I am hearing that high school diplomas have to be included as well. Does anyone have any comments on this? Do I need to update my application to include these? Thanks!

When immigration requests your documents you will have to send a certified copy of it to them.

I am also in the same situation. It seems that lots of people include their secondary diploma in the application, so I am thinking about doing the same. But, still wondering.. does anyone have a clear answer about this?

Yes, I do. I work as a temporary worker in Montreal. Working in Quebec will put you in some separate priority for CSQ, than other applicants. Thats all I know. I applied in May 2017. No news so far.
Could you please let me know where exactly in Mon projet Québec did you specifically mention that you have a validated job offer? Indeed, I cannot find any form in Mon projet to indicate that I have a job offer!

I didn't specify it nor do I know where in Mon Projet that is. I have a temporary work permit and I specified my Numero De reference individuel number.

However there is indeed a process called "Validation of Permanent employment offer" which will give extra 10 points. But I do not know how to link that to Mon Project.
If there are others who done this, please pitch in.
