Mon Project application submission

Hi,
I need help in application submission to Mon projet account which I created earlier in this year January 2016but couldn't open to it at the time when applications were invited. Now I have heard it is opening again please guide me how can I upload my application now. Do they give different time slots for application submission ad fee deposit or we have to do both things same time as early as possible?? Which document I need to upload an application.

ok, you need to read and be more alert about it unless do not waste your time. Firstly application intake was in 13th june for 5 thousand places, by other hand since 20th june people can create new accounts in order to apply to another 5000 places that Midi have not said when will be avilable
