I know that so many people are effected by new law of bil9. Can you please let me know if there is any opportunity for us??
My time line: Aug, 2018

I got the below email and message. At the same time, my application is "Waiting for treatment". So what does it mean?

Are you an inland applicant?
I too applied CSQ in March 2018 on Mon project. No response so far. same status as yours.
 
I applied in Aug 2017. Got Doc request in April 2018 and submitted Docs in June 2018.

I got ITR in Sep as few documents were not as per the requirements. So I sent the updated docs and got AOR within a week. After that NO UPDATE. still waiting.

In a case where someone has applied for a transfer of application from QSWP to PEQ what happens then because of the bill being already passed?
 
What a traumatic experience.
Now I just want to get my money back ASAP.
Will they also return my documents to me?
 
18,000 immigration applications cancelled: Quebec government passes bill 9

something is going on in the Mon Project portal. I can't log in since yesterday. I am getting this message on the home page :

Due to technical maintenance, Mon projet Québec is out of service." I think they are deleting all the 16000 files and sending message to people.

Hello Miss, Sir,
We inform you that the Act to Enhance Socio-Economic Prosperity
Quebec and to respond adequately to the needs of the labor market through integration
success of immigrants has been sanctioned.
Under this law, your application for a Quebec selection certificate is now
closed. The Department will soon be refunding the required fees
that you paid for your application, according to the law. You will receive under
little the procedure to follow to obtain this refund.
With the sanction of this law, the Ministry will use its new system which allows
to invite, as a priority, the people who best meet the needs of Quebec in order to
they submit a request for permanent selection.

The declaration of interest in Arrima
If you have not declared your interest yet and still want to immigrate
in Quebec, we invite you to create an account in Arrima and to deposit
free of charge your declaration of interest. Here are the main steps to follow to complete
a declaration of interest:
1. Create an account from an email address at the following link:
https://arrima.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/
2. Create a declaration of interest form and enter the requested information.
The online form is completed in an average of 60 minutes. see
if necessary, the tutorials section of the Arrima page for more details on
each section of the form.
3. Once completed and filed, your form will be deposited in the bank of
declaration of interest from which the Department will proceed with the invitations
4. Regularly update your declaration of interest according to your situation
(new work experience, diplomas, French tests, etc.).
The new Arrima system now allows a better match between the profile
candidates for immigration and the needs of the Quebec labor market. So, if
your profile matches the needs of manpower, you could possibly do
the subject of an invitation to lodge an application for permanent selection.
