Mom's supervisa application - One year

Hi, i had applied for my mom's supervisa application in July, 2021 and until now there has not been any decision. After the AOR which i received the same month, biometrics were taken. After that there has been not a single update or email. When i send a webform for update, i get a generic response back about delays blah blah blah. This has been going on for a year, and in the meantime i had to postpone the insurance coverage two times already. What can i do? I am drying to bring my mom for a visit.

Recommendation is to reapply. See:

Yes but you may get a refund for the previous application. Depends on how much has been processed.
