This is the day when lots of hope destroyed by the new rules implemented by CIC.

Now everybody is getting scared about what would be the further course of action taken by CHC where lots of applicants in queue from the deleted categories. Bit worried about the mindset of VO while processing files of the candidates from deleted categories as he is well aware such category people are no more required in CANADA(Already more people reached CANADA than the actual requirement).

as per the press release and opinion of the forum members there will be no changes for cases logged in earlier meaning you are logged in to 38 occupations rules...but you never know esp in the current global scenario of slowdown...on the other side the canadian govt has a reputation of being the very fair judge of immig cases..so relax and pray to god...

No, I mean to say like arlier there were so many people keeps on coming(applying), sharing their thougts/success stories & landling experience will be lesser in days to come as there is very little nos of applicant we are going to see in days to come. so overall momentum is slowed down.

Plz guide me, how the point calculated for experience? Is it compulsory to have 4 years experience in particular NOC to get the maximum point? Is it necessary 4 years experience must be from 29 NOC list. If i have 2 years exp from sales and 2 years exp as per Noc 1122. how much point will be considered?

04 yrs of work experience(Whatever category) will fetch points for eligibility and 01 yrs of experience from 29 listed category will make you eligible to apply.
