I am pointing out where the concern is likely coming from. He still has some visitation. If he is not attending any of the scheduled visitation times I would get proof from the visitation centre.

There isn't actually a visitation centre. He couldn't afford that so he is allowed to have 2 hours at McDonald's with my mom....

He's never actually visited here even though he's allowed to.....

Too bad. An official record that he doesn’t use his visitation may be helpful.

I wouldn't be able to provide an "official record" but I did put in my loe that, although he is allowed to visit Canada anytime he would like, he has never exercised this right in the 3.5 years we have been here.
