Modification of an ineligible file ? - Please Help

Dear All,

Good Day ,

while submitting the file for CIC , I mistakenly put an old score of my IELTS which is L/R/W/S = 6.5/7/5/7 , which makes me ineligible for the express entry program.

i have a new IELTS score which make me eligible , so am i supposed to create a new file or modify the old one , and if so , how to modify it ?

Hi there, I'm in a similar situation. Did you create a new express entry to add the new information? If so, did you say yes to having previously created an express entry profile and did you list the number of your first express entry?

Please help!!!
