Hi,

I had received my Conformation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and Permanent Resident Visa 2 months ago under the Quebec Investor Immigrant Program (QIIP). I have yet to receive my Permanent Resident (PR) card and Quebec Health Insurance Card.

The question is about the mobility rights I have as a permanent resident because I have been unsuccessful to secure a job in Quebec till now. And I have a job offer in Halifax, Nova Scotia which I am interested in.

If I accept the job offer and move to Nova Scotia, what implications could be on my permanent residency.

I came across this article, http://www.immigration.ca/en/immigration-wiki2/43-canada-immigration/168-mobility-rights-of-canadian-permanent-residents-under-provincial-immigration-programs.html
Can someone help me in understanding the misrepresentation allegation, pursuant to paragraph 40(1)(a) of Immigration And Refugee Protection Act (IRPA)?

Your suggestion would be highly appreciated

Thanks
