Hi everyone,
I arrive soon in Canada with a working holiday visa, I'll have the necessaries requirements for an open work permit for my partner like more than 6 months contract, cat B...
I am French and my partner Korean. We are together for more than a year, lived together in Australia 6 months (got proves) then travel and lived together 3 months in her country with Airbnb. We have proves like flight tickets, Airbnb hotel proves, and a lot of pictures.
I'm gonna go Canada first, cause I have to leave her country, my visa is finished, and a job is waiting for me, she ll join me about 1.5 month later.
Then when she is here with her tourist visa, we intend to do the flagpole, my question is...
Is 1.5 months too long as a separation because we need 12 months cohabitation ?
On the definition, they say just "short and temporary" period of time...
Thanks a lot.
