Hi guys, I'm working on filling the 'Travel History' section and just realised 2 serious issues. First, there is one missing entry stamp (visiting Canada) on my passport. Second, one entry stamp comes with a wrong date (visiting Canada, again!). Clearly these two mistakes may cause inconsistencies between the Authentic Travel History that I've claimed and these So-called Travel History what the Passport says. In this Case, What should I do? Lots of thanks!

I was having similar mistake in passport stamping. The date of entry to India should have been 30 May but it is stamped as 3 May. There is excess gap between date 3 and month May , which clearly indicates stamping error. So while submitting eAPR, I explained this in LOE and waiting for PPR now.

Let me ask you a question about the stamp with the wrong date. When did you come to Canada, and what is the date of the stamp?

Thanks

The actual return date is 20th September but the stamp is showing 20th April.

Thanks mate! may I ask if you provided any supportive materials on your LOE to prove the existence of the wrong date?

CBSA will have record in their system of the actual days that you arrived and left - I would enter in the correct dates.

I guess they should. Do you know if it's possible for any individuals to contact them for a detailed entry history?

If you have entered as a visitor then I would ask you if your are checking the date correctly, because in case you are now as a visitor then the date 20 of April would be your date, when you need to leave Canada (6 months for visitor visa).

If they're both coming to Canada stamps, then you're fine.
CBSA has all your entries electronically and they share information with IRCC.

I had one missing entry stamp, I just add an LOE in my profile and write the right date in travel history. from what I heard, CBSA keeps your record in computer even there is no stamp.
