hi there,
buddies, recently I have had a telephonic interview with the CIC in which they
raised few concerns about the employment of my wife at my workplace.

luckily I had asked for CAIPS which gave us insight, to my surprize there were few things which were
put in a wrong manner by the interviewer( which changes the whole meaning of situation) which
may influence visa officer to make his decision.

second thing is when they ring u, do they not ask you; whether u r comfortable talkin or not/ coz in our case
the lady who rang us randomly started asking questions without even giving her intro; she(interviewer) was not even bothered that
my wife was not in a position to answer. is it rite???????

third; they raised a question abt the appointment letter which was given on the letter head of my office(actually it was a print out)
to our surprize i have issued the same letter head to one of our employee who even got PR in feb this year.

I am wondering. how is that possible?

My concern here is that even embassy ppl do commit mistakes, whatz ur view abt it, plz share.

We are still waiting for their decision, lets c.
thx in advance.
