Mistake on Schedule A Background Declaration

I submitted my application Feb 17, 2015 and got no reply yet from CIC.

Regarding question 6d: "been refused of.. visa, to Canada or any other country?' I've been refused a tourist US visa last January 2015.

I did not mean to answer this questions wrong or falsely, but at the time I did not think that the "any other country" was listed in question 6d, that is why I originally answered no to the question.

Please advise me what the best thing to do.... :-[

Currently you cannot do anything till you get your PER. After getting PER inform your visa office that you by mistake filled in NO and send a updated form. Also you need to explain why the tourist visa was denied.

I made the same mistake, but realized after I got per while I was reading the forum, I inmediately raised a CSE with my visa office, and sent scans of the updated form, explaining the mistake and all that, after 4 days they answered that the records have been updated, I got medical request, pcc and rprf request 2 months after that
