Mistake on question 2 c), IMM5709

Hi all,
I just realized for the question 2 c) "Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?" on my study permit extension application form, I am supposed to select "Yes" and state that I have applied study permit and extended it before.
However I chose No as the answer. Is this a serious issue? Is there anyway I could correct it?
FYI I have never been denied entry to any country or been refused for any Visa application... I didn't pay much attention on this question as I thought it is obvious that it's a visa extension and they have everything on file...

Yea I got it. I dont think it's an issue as long as you never got any rejections or fraud in terms of immigration

Hey I also made a mistake while filling IMM5709 In Education I wrote my Previous Education I did back home that was 4 year degree, and In Employment I wrote My education I am doing or have done in Canada Since I have been here. Is it a serious issue ?
