Mistake on generic application already submitted

Hello all,

I am sponsoring my Australian fiance. We received AOR and just got the medical exam form. However, only at this point did we realize one the one form - generic application, did we put his surname and given and viceversa. All the other forms are in the correct format. I have sent in a web form but should I call? Will this result in a refusal or maybe just a delay?
