Mistake on Forms

If there is a additional family information which is wrong was found in the application after I have submitted it; please let me know what I should do.

send a case specific enquiry to your visa office.

attach a cover letter to explain the mistake, and then attach the corrected form in pdf format.

are you a march 2016 applicant? if so, they most likely haven't begun working on your file yet, so there will not be any impact.

don't worry about it, most of us have made mistakes at some point in our apps, but the important thing is to always notify CIC as soon as you can. i also suggest that you go over all your forms once more to make sure there are no other mistakes, and if there are, you can send all your corrections in one enquiry.

also keep in mind that they will not reply back to you when they receive your enquiry.
