Mistake on Citizenship question

Hello,
I made a mistake on Citizenship application,

I have answered "NO" to the below question in online application

"Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or
citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada
(this includes your country of birth)?"

(added passports in next step anyways)

Should I expect for the application to return ?

Or

Is there a corrective action by informing IRCC about the mistake?,

Although not seen that this happened to anyone on this forum, most people answer yes to that question
But you can wait and see if the application gets returned to you, that way you can make the correction and resubmit
Alternatively, if the application goes through and you receive the AOR, you can use your Application ID and UCI details on the AOR to raise and submit a webform for the correction.
