I answered No incorrectly to the question "being refused visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country" I sent a corrected form and a letter of explanation as I was refused a study visa to Canada in 2015 and thought the question didn't include study visas. I also noticed that there are dates discrepancies in my work history between two versions of the form I submitted before- which I explained in the same letter.. what can I do now? Please help

I would resubmit the form with the correct dates for your work history and the correct answer to the visa refusal questions and I would send a letter of explanation to detail the mistakes that were made in the first application.
I would then call IRCC to make sure they received the new form and the explanation.
I dont think you are doomed, many people make mistake in their applications. It is normal, we are human.
Good luck!
