Mistake noticed after IMM 5645-Family information was submitted

Hi,

Kindly assist on how I can correct a mistake made on Family Information form IMM 5645.

I submitted a study permit online application on Dec.22nd 2016 & I noticed this morning (Jan. 15th 2017) that a wrong year of birth was typed for one of my sisters.

Please, I need help on how I can rectify this error & your response will be appreciated.
