Mistake made on travel history form. What should to do, if you have any suggestion, please tell me.

Applied paperbased PR on 2018 Feb, got MP on Jul. However I just find the way to check the USA boarder cross history this morning (I will list it and it may helps some of you https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home), and after I take a look on the I-94 history, I find out I missed 2 entry when I fill out my IMM 5562 E (Travel History Form) back to Feb 2018, and it also means I messed up with my Schedule A (IMM 5669), but back to the Feb I was already tried my best to remember where did I go and when did I go while I fill out the form. Any suggestions about what should I do now? Should I just Call them? Thanks !

Depends how long your trips were. If you are still above 1095 days than doesn't matter

Thanks for your suggestion, the entry I forgot is on 2016 Apr and 2016 Dec. I think I should tell them. Thanks.
