mistake in TRV application, way to submit additional document

Hi I am currently on a valid work permit. I applied TRV inside Canada and it has passed average processing time. I made a mistake that I didn't disclose US visa refusal in the past. If found, it will be a 5-year ban according to past posts on here.

I would like to avoid it. So What can I do to submit additional document to CIC? I heard I can raise CSE, but I didn't find option to include additional documents. Thank you.

It says after you have submitted you will have the chance to upload documents

Is it faster than uploading through Case Specific Enquiry? Thank you.
