Mistake in sending documents. help needed

I applied for super visa for parents in India. Biometrics completed and received Passport Request for stamping. I filled the form on VFS website for sending passport. when the courier arrived, My parents just handed over the passports without any supporting documents like PPR Letter. And the courier left already.
i would like know the any solution to update the documents. Will they return the passport back or will they contact for updating documents.
Please help me a way for this situation

With this case, it's either they'll return the passports or they could match the names from the passports in their system. But with the hundreds of passports they receive everyday, let's hope it won't be lost.

It's better to send an email to the embassy to make sure what to do.

Inform VFS. They won't send the passports to the visa office without the PPR letter and consent form.

Yes, do that asap. You need to bring the signed consent form as well that can be downloaded from the VFS site.
