Mistake in PEQ form

Hello,

I just realized that in the payment form by credit card, instead of writing the current date next to the signature, I wrote the date of birth of the owner of the credit card. Do you think that the file would be returned cause of this?

I just noticed it while re-checking the scans I have of the forms and now today they announced the changes starting the 22nd of July.

If finally you case can't be charged, the whole profile will be returned be regular mail to your address.
But it will take 2 month at least.
just from the info of officila website
