In my IELTS score card, they have entered my Nationality as Canada instead of INDIA. I just noticed it yesterday. I immediately called BC and sent my score card with the required Fee. I received my ITA long back, still got 40 days to submit my docs.

1. Has anyone come across a situation like this ?
2. Should I wait for my updated score card or submit my docs since they look for my score primarily and inform them in the LOE that i have raised this with BC.

You can always put in your application with the existing TRF..however as you yourself said, you should mention all this in your LOE and attach the proof of request you made to BC for correction in TRF. It would suffice the purpose. Generally what they ask for is your TRF number, that i am sure would be correct. As for the Nationality correction that we can mention in the LOE.
