mistake in form IMM 5669

hello frends, i applied PNP pr application in august/2014, after few months now i realised that i check marked on NO in question 6 (OPTION d.)asking that have been rejected previous in visitor, provincial nominee, etc etc. (but true is i got rejected and instead of check mark on YES , i check marked on NO)

yes medical received in november/2014 and submitted after 2 weeks

Send the corrected IMM5669 form along with a letter of explanation to CIC and you should be fine.

I got same problem guys, I need advise. I made an honest mistake and forgot to disclose a visitor visa rejection of USA.
The IRCC officer asked me letter of Explanation for not disclosing my refusal on IMM5669.

You should have disclosed like I also forget to disclose but I sent the webform right away and officer accepted my mistake Now I am PR already
