mistake in file

dear sir,
my consultant made a mistake in my file they wrote my secondary school time 2011 to 2012 but i completed my secondary education in 2010 to 2012 becouse i had one supplimentary and i was not well during that period and i already attached my health certificate with it..is 2010 mistake create problem to get visa..is this clerical mistake or big issue?

Your application is your responsibility. If the mistake will give you anegative result, who knows. Going though my past applications (OCWP, co-op permit) I noticed i had done a similar mistake. However, i am already hear and they had previous paperwork to check with. No issue.

You call CIC and maybe you can send an amended form and together with a letter explaining the clerical error.
