Hello everyone,

I just recently submitted my PR application. I made a mistake in her Personal History, I skipped her work experience and did not include it in her Personal History. I realized that after submitting my PR application and I just submitted a webform few hours later explaining my mistake. Now I am wondering whether I should withdraw my application and re-apply or just wait for the outcome?

No issue at all . You don’t have to withdraw application for this minor mistake. Wait now , once you get AOR , refill form again and send it through webform . It won’t reject or delay your application at all . Don’t panic now and just wait for AOR . This is a minor mistake. If you resend another correct form , there will be no negative impact on your decision of application.

Thank you for your reply! I really appreciate it! Yes, I was in Panic mode and you replied. Again, I really appreciate it, hope it goes well for me.

I’m in a similar situation. In my case I omitted my main job and only stated my temporary job in the last 10yrs back in my country. Even when my main job was with in the civil service ( government). I am considering withdrawing my application

I wouldn’t know because I’m still waiting for immigration to get back to me. In my case, it was my spouse information that I made mistakes, not mine.

No, I haven’t got an AOR yet. My friend waited 22 months to get an AOR. So I am assuming the same.
