**MISSISSAUGA PROCESSING** - Outland Spousal Applicants

Looks like my wife got medical request on Sept 1st. Woo, things are starting to move along 
Hey, just wondering if you were in Canada or if you were out of the country when you applied? And if you are in Canada, does that mean you now have implied status cos they are processing your application in Mississauga?
My friend was in Canada and applied Outland but got a call about if she wanted her application to be processing inside Canada or her home country, and she picked in Canada cos she would get implied status. Even if it was still considered Outland.

My wifes file has been going many places... She is from Korea, we met while she was living in Canada with her study permit but then we went to Korea to process her PR.
We got AOR 1 from Mississauga they requested BCG and PCC
AOR 2 from Ottawa they requested proof we intend to return to Canada and Med Request
AOR 3 from Mississauga they say that they sent it back to Mississauga to be processed.
I'm wondering why they sent it back? Maybe because she still had a valid study permit or something?
As the poster above I'm wondering if she would have implied status if we chose to return.

Is she applying for an owp? That's how you get implied status for inland application.

I don't live in Canada. I live in the US and was here in the US when we applied.
Just an update - in ECAS it is showing DM for my wife today. We were April 21 applicants from Korea.
Sponsorship for spouse from Philippines. My husband link his account online and they request for Schedule A background/declaration imm5669. And we upload the file through online as well, now request for medical. I'm worried about the Police certificate he haven't receive the request yet. Is the police certificate has been skip?
I don't have yet my PCC and it hasn't been requested yet. It should be arriving soon but I'm also surprised it hasn't been requested yet. Only Sched A initially (never asked me, online glitch I think) and Meds very recently (via online msg). I guess no background check can start without it?... Maybe now they want to do it step by step, Sched A, Med and background without having all papers already.
Then at least we have something in common, but im still worried why they haven't request the police certificate? Coz some people say it's included in The request for Schedule A. But the request for my husband is only the Schedule A imm5669 and after wards they ask for the medical request. Does anyone knows what will be the next thing to do?
