Mississauga Office Backlog

Hello: Could any one explain the reason of backlog in CIC Mississauga office. Applications from location all around in GTA (Toronto, Scarbrough etc) are getting invitations for tests with the exception of Western GTA; Mississauga, Brampton etc. Even applicants as early as May and June 2015 are now getting test invitations in October.

Could some one through some insight on this.

Would this change if liberals come to power ??
In GTA only western part is lagging behind compared to East and central !!!

As far as I have seen all GTA offices have back log!!! I have seen a very tiny movement for March/April applicants in any GTA office.

I have observed good movement in May and onward cases for east and central GTA though.
