Okay I have a question folks,
So my status now shows "Decision Made" since October 19th, My PR expires on Feb 06th, 2016 and honestly I don't want to spend more $$ to renew it and meanwhile I'm planning a trip around January to go see my folks, I'm sure I'll be back Mid February, but again I wont be able to get in the country since my PR would be expired then, is there anything I can do about it???

TBH not really it is always to be safe then sorry just my personal opinion, it is hard to say when the OATH will come it could be December or it might be January and given you will travel it is best to apply to renew it, I understand it is a lot of money but if you travel before your OATH you can come back with less headaches.
My test was on Oct 5th. Scarborough.

Officer told 2-4 months for the Oath, but you never know could be sooner.

I just have seen my ecas got updated.
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on February 23, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 17, 2015.
We started processing your application on May 19, 2015.
We sent you a notice on August 12, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on August 31, 2015 at 10:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
We sent you a notice on October 21, 2015 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on November 9, 2015 at 10:30 AM.
