Hi all,

Is there anyone that took oath on October 17, at 7:45 am with Mississauga online and still awaiting e-certificate? My clerks initials were MC, but Im still unable to download the certificate after submitting signed oath multiple times n webform.

Some persons who took same day n time with different clerk received theirs also those on days after.

Hey @SunshineJA

Try calling the IRCC to check if the Oath Form was received by them. Also, try sending it again via a different email ID.

They say it takes usually 5 business days, so hopefully you get your eCertificate by today or tomorrow.

Hey @kadir.ayubi ,

hope your doing well. So I sent webform with oath again n immediately after I made that post they responded to the webform saying they recieved it n rest assured the officer will review it …….

so hopefully tommorrow which is the 5th business day

I am doing well! Thanks! Hope you're too!

Great! So next steps is passport. Go early morning if you're applying in Mississauga, I was there around 7 AM an there were already 20 people ahead of me. But that office is very efficient, I was out in less than 30 mins. (they open at 8:30 AM).

Good luck my friend!! I had my virtual oath with Mississauga office on 19th Oct and already downloaded the eCert on 21st Oct. Just went to downtown office this morning for and applied for express passport pick-up. It’s scheduled for next Monday i.e. 30th Oct. Everything within 2 weeks and I’m pleasantly surprised :)

I had my virtual oath with Mississauga office on 19th Oct. its been 5 business days but my certificate is still not available for download. I re-sent them the signed letter and raised a webform. Wondering if you have any other recommendations?

Ha ha, I am in same predicament. I just got thru to care agent and they saying they see signed oath added to my file on Monday but no one has touched or processed it. I have exhausted all options. Try calling to see if they have recieved it. If not send a webform and attach the form in it

@Miharbi what was your oath clerks initials? Mine was MC

Oath completed Oct 17, online Mississauga

So unfortunately we have come to the end of another week and still no e-certificate to download. Im 10 days post oath completion and 8 business days after submitting oath form still nothing.
Yes, I tried every tricks and steps in the book.

- I sent 7-8 emails from different email addresses with signed oath
- Called call centre 3 times
- sent 2 webforms with sign oath
- emailed the notice to appear invite email explaining urgency and all and still nothing.

so I guess I’m done doing things on my end and will sit my bum down and wait till they are ready for me.

When you called IRCC, did they confirm that your signed oath form was uploaded onto your application? I just called IRCC and the officer told me my oath form was uploaded yesterday (even though I emailed the oath form right after my ceremony on the 23rd of October), so the 2-5 business days start now. Not from the day of the ceremony or the day you emailed the oath form.

Yes they confirmed on Tuesday that the signed oath form was added to my file on Monday.(even though I sent numerous after oath ceremony. So my 5 business day ends on monday
