Missing submit button after completing application

Seems I have major issues with my application...I notice I still don't have application number...but I have paid the full fee. This is strange to me but I don't know if its a problem. Any tips?

Please need help with making online payment for TRV online application and submitting it. I have uploaded all relevant documents. But it's showing me Exit Questionnaire button only. I can see the summary of applications fees but no other button to click for signing electronically, paying or submitting. Please can anyone help. Thanks
