Please need help with making online payment for TRV online application and submitting it. I have uploaded all relevant documents. But it's showing me Exit Questionnaire button only. I can see the summary of applications fees but no other button to click for signing electronically, paying or submitting. Please can anyone help. Thanks

Please check you submit all the required field unless you provide all the documents submit button will not appear
I did. Only optional documents that I did not upload. I also did not fill Custodianship Declaration for my kids because we are only visiting. ..They do not school in Cabada
You can not submit your application unless not all docs have been uploaded. It happens to me and upload something in optional...then i can now see the submit button.
You have to submit custodianship, just fill in the form not required and kidds are studying yours resistance country than upload.... its mendatatory to upload unless empty

I think you received biomatrics request, just click of massage and printout the paper and go for biomatrics
Thats weird because according to Cic site my country is not on the list for biometrics and plus I applied from inside Canada.
It's normal, it happens, you can ignore it if you don't see anything.
It means your file has been processed in the background.
Thanks. This worked. But I noticed another issue. My name shows only my surname after I paid and got email to login to see new messages. I am the primary applicant...I also applied for my wife and 2 kids. Their nmaes showed in full but mine showed my last name only. Is this normal?
